Job Summary:
Our growing chiropractic office is seeking a motivated, upbeat, and patient-focused Chiropractic Rehab Tech to join our team! This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and has experience or training in physical therapy or rehab settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor with one-on-one patient care
- Set up and remove patients from rehab equipment
- Guide patients through therapy exercises
- Administer and assist with therapies
- Clean and sanitize equipment between uses
- Communicate clearly and positively with patients
- Listen to patient concerns and respond with care and professionalism
- Maintain an organized, clutter-free work area
- Multi-task effectively during busy patient hours
- Enter basic information into our office software (Word, Excel, Platinum System)
- Work proactively with the team and without constant supervision
Qualifications:
- Training or experience as a Physical Therapy Rehab Assistant preferred
- Friendly, upbeat, and encouraging personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a self-motivated attitude
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Willingness to learn our office software (Platinum System)
