What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at Hormone Health & Weight Loss?
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our National Bio-Natural Hormone Replacement Clinic in our Huntsville, AL location. The successful candidate will be responsible for: supervising clinic staff; providing patient education; performing history and physicals on initial intakes and annual renewals; identifying potential clients who are candidates for therapy; dosing patients in accordance with protocols; conducting hormone replacement therapy procedures; coordinating with medical and consultant staff; performing telephone consults with existing patients; and electronic charting. Additional duties include: attending medical conferences and maintaining academic and licensure currency.
