TRACK AND TRACE CLERK - LOGISTICS - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN OR WILLMAR, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Traces loss / damage transportation claims.
- Works to locate customer POD’s from both internal and external sources.
- Oracle PO Requisition contract creation and tracking.
- Maintains files, updates Excel spreadsheets, processes, posts.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Shipment tracking compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS : Required
Required
- Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and focus on the customer value proposition.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills : ability to communicate with clarity and diplomacy with time sensitive / challenging issues.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy.
Preferred
- Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) or alternate TMS experience.
- Proficiency in order processing systems.
- Strong organizational skills.
