Job Description:
The primary role of the Associate Maintenance Technician is to provide safe, efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform basic preventative maintenance work such as greasing, oiling, minor troubleshooting and repair.
2. Perform basic equipment and facility maintenance as well as preventative maintenance as assigned.
3. Identify basic machine parts and maintenance supplies.
4. Practice of good housekeeping and sanitary practices as outline by company policies.
5. Work with Team Members and follow instructions.
6. Assist other maintenance Team Members.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Work 8-10 hours per shift and weekends as scheduled.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Strong reading and writing skills.
3. General knowledge of tools and their uses in routine work.
4. Good mechanical aptitude.
5. Work well with other team members and independently.
6. Good attendance.
7. Lift up 50 pounds.
8. Work in cold, wet, humid environment, work in heights and confined spaces.
