Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the backlog list and facilitation of prioritization of outstanding work orders.
- Assist in planning of work orders.
- Environmental, safety, and asset record maintenance.
- Develop a maintenance work schedule for the maintenance area supervisors/engineers with input from entire planning groups.
- Develops and maintains planned job packages for recurring jobs including preventative maintenance generating and organizing daily packets.
- Supports maintenance work planning.
- EAM Integration knowledge and supports EAM programs.
- Ensures completed schedules and work orders are returned promptly and all completed work orders are filled out correctly and entered in EAM.
- Works with craftsperson/maintenance management when scoping work orders for parts or services needed to incomplete work orders.
- Ensure Safety needs are given top priority in work planning and scheduling.
- Add, improve, changes the frequency of or deletes task instructions as needed to increase the overall effectiveness of the preventative maintenance program based on parts or services needed.
- Develops and organizes work order backlogs for all planning groups.
- Distributes to team members on a weekly basis.
- Coordinates asset request information for all misc. capital projects and any other equipment needing asset designation.
- Organize and maintain all regulatory files.
- Plan and manage maintenance safety programs.
- Updates budget compliance information for team.
- Perform other plan engineering tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good attendance.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good customer service skills.
- Willingness to accept challenge.
- Self-starter.
- Trustworthy and must be able to work independently.
