Fontanini- Plant Engineering Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Entering craftsmen labor, including noted information and closing work orders in EAM and excel scheduling tool, scanning and filing on the maintenance drive for future reference.
• Update daily planning schedule to reflect changes in the production schedule and maintenance plan.
• Managing the fixed asset tag program including organizing, and filling equipment documentation.
• Entering plant sustainability information into corporate sustainability database from utility bill information including entry of water meter readings, vibration analysis on ammonia compressors, etc.
• Entry of production data into OMT.
• Create, edit and translate SOPs on critical maintenance tasks.
• Audit preparation as it relates to Maintenance related documentation.
• Review, obtain and update contractor files for expired documents and update registry.
• Generate several reports to support maintenance department and entry of KPI data.
• Update any revisions to BizCom.
• Maintain updated binders required in the Maintenance Department. 
• Assist in preparation of meetings.

• Additional duties assigned are to include support to cross functional departments. 

Qualifications:

Required

• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization. 

• Ability to work in a face-paced environment and interaction with team members.

• Ability to work independently with strong project management skills.

• The ability to learn and effectively use various software programs including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, the company’s EAMS system, and Lotus Notes.

• Must be flexible in moving throughout the plant to obtain various information within the facility.

   

Salary: The base pay range is $21.50 - $26.50 per hour; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
