NEW EMPLOYEES
New hires at our facility are immediately placed on a 3-month probationary period. During this time, employee attendance and performance are closely monitored. While on probation, management reserves the right to move an employee to a different position anywhere in our manufacturing facility to suit the needs of the business. Second and third shift employees also receive an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential.

The Skippy Foods Plant has openings for second shift and third shift machine operators.
The employees in these positions will safely perform machine operator and/or forklift operator activities involving high quality finished products. This will require the operation of one or more machines or pieces of equipment in support of an entire manufacturing facility that makes peanut butter. These employees will also be assuming various roles in a team-based environment.
Must be willing and able to work overtime, 8 or 12-hour shifts 5 - 6 days a week, and weekend work assignments. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
