What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vertical Market Sales Manager position at Hormann USA, LLC?
Hormann High Performance Doors is looking for a Vertical Market Sales Manager to join our Team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships in the Retail Auto RAM Vertical Market and support the Regional Managers in growing customer opportunities.
As a Vertical Market manager, you should be able to facilitate communication with end users to develop business opportunities within the Retail Auto / RAM vertical market.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support Regional Managers to achieve goals for specific vertical market.
- Drive End-User, Contractor, and Architect awareness. (direct contact presentations)
- Identify and cultivate new customer opportunities to bring value to our dealer network.
- Act as liaison between end users and internal teams (sales & service departments) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Identify and participate in local and national trade shows to further brand awareness.
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends. (review quotes & sales weekly)
- Work with sales and marketing to set and implement strategies for new products.
- Develop National Account and Preferred Vendor Opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven work experience with National Sales opportunities
- Customer service and project management experience
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Experience and ability to travel nationally (50% Travel Required)
- BS Degree in Sales or Related Work Experience
