Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional teams to enhance and implement features across the website.
- Manage projects, coordinate workflows, and ensure priority tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure all web content is optimized, high-quality, and adheres to accessibility standards.
- Identify and drive improvements in the web production process.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a complex environment.
- Proficient understanding of website structures and content management.
- Strong foundation in HTML and CSS within an authoring environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Experience using Jira for agile workflows and task tracking.
- Familiarity with web optimization and content impact on performance.
- Experience working with UX/UI designers to ensure design consistency.
- Knowledge of a Translation Management System (TMS) like Smartling.
