UX Researcher

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team on a fully remote basis. This role focuses on discovering products, tools, and technologies to identify properties for new industrial fulfillment centers and analyzing these properties.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to conceptualize and communicate interaction behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using online data, usability findings, market research, and UCD principles.
• Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by participating in usability testing and interpreting analytics data.
• Lead initiatives related to ecommerce trends, web application design, and user interface innovations.

Skills

• 5 years of experience in UX Design Research
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong skills in user interviews and qualitative analysis

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design Research or a related field
• Experience in ecommerce trends and web application design
• Strong leadership abilities in user interface innovations
