User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive the design of standardized navigation and consistent UI patterns across a portfolio of interconnected applications.
• Design seamless user experiences for integrations between internal tools and enterprise systems.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability studies to gather requirements and validate design decisions.
• Translate complex technical requirements into accessible design narratives for stakeholders.
• Support user onboarding with intuitive flows to minimize training overhead.
• Establish and maintain a unified design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency.

• 4-6 years of experience in UX design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in web development practices and principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts effectively.

• Experience with enterprise applications and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with AI Vibe coding and prompt engineering.
