User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively communicate interaction behaviors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements using data-driven insights.
• Participate in usability testing and analyze performance data to optimize new and existing features.
• Present design work to various teams and executives for feedback and review.
• Contribute to the development of user interface design standards and best practices.
• Lead initiatives in ecommerce trends, web application design, and user interface innovations.
  
  
  

Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in interaction design for web or software applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of web-based information architecture and usability principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and a compelling online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to convey complex design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work in agile environments with highly technical teams on multiple projects.

• Experience prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, or Flash.
• Self-starter with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
