Technical Writer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating clear and effective documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to document processes within the Heart Failure Division.
• Utilize established templates to create process documentation and ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Engage with stakeholders for review and approval of drafts, incorporating feedback as necessary.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
• Gather information from meetings and existing documentation to develop comprehensive materials.
• Maintain organized records of documentation and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical writing or document specialization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
• Critical thinking skills to address complex documentation needs.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with document management systems such as Windchill.
• Knowledge of process standardization and operational improvement methodologies.
