- Manage project scopes and timelines to align with stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate Agile processes through coordinating sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Mentor team members in Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration.

- Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- At least three years of experience in a scrum master or technical product owner position.
- Strong understanding of software development and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication combined with servant leadership abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Possession of a Scrum master certification is advantageous.
- Proven adaptability to fast-paced work settings and proficiency in managing multiple projects.
- Adept at transforming data insights into actionable product features.
