Technical Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes and timelines to align with stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate Agile processes through coordinating sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Mentor team members in Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration.
• Act as the central contact for external communications, addressing stakeholder inquiries.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new tasks.
• Identify and resolve any project roadblocks to ensure seamless execution.
• Guide development teams toward achieving higher levels of scrum maturity and productivity.
• Co-develop product roadmaps and features with Digital Business partners.
• Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
  
  

Skills

• At least three years of experience in a scrum master or technical product owner position.
• Strong understanding of software development and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication combined with servant leadership abilities.

• Possession of a Scrum master certification is advantageous.
