Sr Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support brand and business goals.
• Build marketing strategies, budgets, campaign plans, measurement approaches, and ongoing improvements.
• Lead sponsorship and partnership concepts from evaluation through activation.
• Oversee the creation of content across channels to support messaging and reputation objectives.
• Use paid, owned, earned, and shared media approaches to deliver coordinated campaigns.
• Create and track performance measures, listening tools, and reporting methods to assess campaign impact.
• Use audience insights, customer journey thinking, and market understanding to shape campaign direction.
• Partner with regional marketing leaders, agencies, and internal creative and digital teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Support new product launches and strategic initiatives by coordinating across a matrixed organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen programs, and enhance marketing outcomes.
  
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, insurance, hospital, or health system environments.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Workfront or a similar creative project management tool.
• Working knowledge of Veeva or a similar project management system.
• Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute to complex initiatives.
