Sr Data Analyst

Top 5-10 responsibilities:

• Analyze data sets, determine data characteristics, define data mappings, write transformation rules for technology consumption, translate requirements into Features in Aha, Prioritize Features, Provide input on refinement to technology team, test output of development.
• Additionally resources may read clinical charts to determine evidence of data present and interpret what chart information means for care gap closure
  
  
  

Ideal candidate background look:

• 5 years business analysis
• 5 years data analysis, experience with CMS/NCQA Quality Measures
• 5 years data warehousing in a clinical environment, EMR Experience
  
  
  

Skills/attributes are required:

• SQL, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, SDLC, Agile
• 5 years in total, Data warehousing, Data Mapping, experience w/ cloud
  
  
  

Skills/attributes are preferred:

• UHC Quality Experience, Clinical Background, CMS Measure Expertise, Software and Data Development experience
