Sr Bus Systems Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing healthcare solutions by translating user requirements into functional specifications and ensuring the quality of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Participate in the design, build, and testing phases of Epic software upgrades and enhancements.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert to team members, providing guidance and support.
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including Operations and IT, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software.
• Develop and maintain training materials for end-users to enhance software functionality understanding.
• Support application incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues during go-lives and system upgrades.
  
  
  

Skills

• Active certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Professional Billing.
• 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in billing and revenue cycle management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare domain knowledge, including payment posting and denial management.
• Proficiency in analyzing revenue cycle metrics and process improvement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epic Patient Estimates Badge or similar qualifications.
• Knowledge of Epic Home Health Billing and Charge Router.
• Demonstrated ability in team management and cross-team communication.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for project management.
