Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for marketing pages and campaign experiences on the company website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all web content meets design, brand, and accessibility standards.
- Manage project timelines and communicate production requirements to stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to maintain a high standard of web performance and user experience.
- Support A/B testing and personalization efforts to optimize web journeys and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with localization teams to ensure global web content is accurately represented across different regions.
- Contribute to the development of web production best practices and documentation.
- 5-7 years of experience in web production or content management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and familiarity with web content management systems.
- Strong understanding of web QA processes, including cross-browser/device testing and performance optimization.
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and their impact on web design and accessibility.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.
- Experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices.
- Experience working on localized websites and coordinating with international stakeholders.
