Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and activation of global integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on key initiatives like threat intelligence reports and virtual events.
- Develop and manage campaign infrastructure, including schedules, project trackers, and communication channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution from kickoff to launch, managing handoffs, approvals, and risk escalation.
- Create and refine marketing assets across various channels, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and executive reviews.
- Oversee launch communications and reporting, optimizing performance with AI tools and managing internal communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management or program coordination within a marketing environment.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like Adobe Workfront, Asana, and G Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction.
- Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity industries.
- Familiarity with marketing processes, tools, and metrics.
- Project management certification such as PMP or Agile.
