Responsibilities
- Guide and coach existing Scrum teams to enhance predictability and commitment.
- Manage unplanned work within Sprint timeboxes to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize workflow visibility and reporting using Jira Software and Jira Align.
- Drive measurable improvements in flow efficiency and operational predictability.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative team environment.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT operations, infrastructure, or data environments.
- Proven experience in coaching teams to improve maturity, flow stability, and delivery predictability.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and managing workflows in Jira Software.
- Familiarity with enterprise data services and implementing Kanban systems.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
- Understanding of SAFe/Scrum metrics and operational metrics like lead time and cycle time.
- Experience aligning team reporting to enterprise portfolio structures.
- Relevant agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, or ICA-ACC.
