Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Design team to integrate user-focused solutions in all aspects of development.
- Work alongside the Product Manager to ensure alignment of code with business goals.
- Maintain and innovate the front-end build system, promoting best practices and efficiency.
- Develop clean, testable code that ensures compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Create and encourage the use of design patterns focusing on accessibility and performance.
- Architect reusable front-end components to facilitate efficient application development.
- Extensive experience in React application development, with practical hands-on knowledge.
- Proficient in modern web technologies including CSS, TypeScript, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Strong ability to write unit tests, particularly using Jest or similar frameworks.
- Experience in an Agile work environment, ideally Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks like Vue or mobile toolsets like React Native.
- Knowledge of inclusive design practices and understanding of WCAG standards.
- Familiarity with Git for efficient version control.
