Project Manager - Event Content Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team, focusing on event content marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the coordination of content development for high-profile events.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of event content workstreams, ensuring all deadlines and project trackers are maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the production of content for various events, including reporting to leadership on progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
• Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Utilize project management tools to maintain detailed timelines and milestones for all deliverables.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of event strategies.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in event planning or content coordination.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in event marketing or experiential marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
