- Design, launch, and manage programs for early career talent, including internships and graduate rotational programs.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align program objectives with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive curricula that include onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee program logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program participants and external partners, fostering strong relationships.
- Promote an inclusive participant experience that supports diversity and equity initiatives.
- Track participant progress and assist in career development and transition to full-time roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in program management with a focus on early career development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Familiarity with Learning & Development frameworks and HRIS or talent management systems.
- Experience in diversity recruiting and inclusive program design.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
