We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Manager to lead and enhance our Early Career Talent Development Programs. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement initiatives that attract and nurture early career talent in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage programs for early career talent, including internships and graduate rotational programs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align program objectives with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive curricula that include onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee program logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program participants and external partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Promote an inclusive participant experience that supports diversity and equity initiatives.
  • Track participant progress and assist in career development and transition to full-time roles.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in program management with a focus on early career development.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Learning & Development frameworks and HRIS or talent management systems.
  • Experience in diversity recruiting and inclusive program design.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
