Responsibilities

- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to review and submit candidates.
- Effectively negotiate salaries and address client needs.
- Manage multiple job orders and provide professional support to managers.
- Build and maintain long-lasting professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Proven ability to recruit and present candidates efficiently and accurately.
- Strong networking skills and proficiency in using databases and the Internet for candidate searches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment orders simultaneously.
- Experience in negotiating salaries and meeting client needs.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
