Product Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate consumer and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements.

• Develop and prioritize learning plans to aid decision-making processes.
• Conduct risk analysis and create validation plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Lead engineering development using systematic tools like LAMDA/DAMAIC.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to make data-driven decisions and coach team members.
• Engage in hands-on prototyping and testing to ensure product quality.
• Communicate development progress to senior leadership effectively.

Skills

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with substantial experience in consumer product development.
• Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Proficiency in statistical software tools such as JMP, Minitab, or R.
• Advanced skills in 3D modeling, preferably using Solidworks.
• Strong understanding of systems modeling and finite element methods.

• Experience leading DFMEA activities and designing validation plans.
