- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with substantial experience in consumer product development.
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Proficiency in statistical software tools such as JMP, Minitab, or R.
- Advanced skills in 3D modeling, preferably using Solidworks.
- Strong understanding of systems modeling and finite element methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading DFMEA activities and designing validation plans.
- Proven ability to build prototypes and conduct experimental testing.
- Willingness to travel internationally 10-20% of the time.
