Responsibilities
- Serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, managing executive priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication across various teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Design and implement scalable processes and governance frameworks that support organizational growth.
- Prepare briefings and reports for executive audiences, translating complex concepts into clear communication.
- Lead high-visibility initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
- Identify operational challenges and drive strategic solutions to improve performance.
- 7 years of experience in project delivery and management, preferably in a cross-functional role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical programs and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in a chief of staff role or similar capacity within a technology-driven organization.
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies is a plus.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving organizational transformation.
