Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive learning experiences focused on workflow transformation and AI integration.
• Utilize systems thinking to help participants identify and optimize process interdependencies.
• Create dynamic content, including live workflow mapping and reflective activities.
• Lead interactive sessions that challenge and engage diverse audiences, from managers to senior leaders.
• Navigate group dynamics and foster critical thinking to drive actionable outcomes.
  
  
  

Skills

• 8-12 years of experience as a senior instructional designer and facilitator.
• Outstanding facilitation skills with the ability to energize and engage participants.
• Strong foundation in systems thinking and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Resourceful and agile approach to problem-solving and workshop design.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in designing and delivering workshops for senior leadership.
• Skill in visualizing and redesigning workflows across various teams and functions.
• Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and workflow visualization.
