Infrastructure Analyst

Join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing and supporting our IT infrastructure. This position offers a dynamic environment to collaborate with innovative professionals and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support various site infrastructure components, including workstations, laptops, and printers.
• Provide software support for Windows OS, Office suites, and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Active Directory to ensure seamless user access and security.
• Collaborate with multiple support teams to facilitate effective client and business support.
• Monitor IT work tickets and vulnerabilities across computers and printers through site dashboards.
  
  
  

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED or higher, verified prior to start.
• Five years of experience in Information Technology, particularly in a manufacturing, public, or military context.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft PCs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology.
• Experience with Linux systems and digital transcription.
• Familiarity with Cisco VOIP support for phone systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively.
