Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and support various site infrastructure components, including workstations, laptops, and printers.
- Provide software support for Windows OS, Office suites, and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Active Directory to ensure seamless user access and security.
- Collaborate with multiple support teams to facilitate effective client and business support.
- Monitor IT work tickets and vulnerabilities across computers and printers through site dashboards.
- High School Diploma/GED or higher, verified prior to start.
- Five years of experience in Information Technology, particularly in a manufacturing, public, or military context.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft PCs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
