GIS Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable geospatial pipelines.
• Support the automation and development of analytical GIS processes to enhance route and territory planning.
• Utilize coding and statistical tools to uncover business opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Document methodologies and report on GIS analytics findings.
• Coach team members and business partners in understanding GIS outputs.
• Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental goals and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS software for data development and analysis.
• Experience in building geospatial applications using Python.
• Strong skills in relational databases and spatial methods.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in GIS, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and Network Analyst tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience in global mapping projects and business analysis.
