Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale initiatives aimed at enhancing product development and platform capabilities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of key programs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely issue resolution.
- Create awareness of interdependencies and prioritize execution plans to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations leadership to drive project success.

- 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management within fast-paced tech environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
- Proven experience in managing complex migrations and integrations across large systems.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including containerization and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures, particularly AWS, and security frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, including HCM, ERP, and EPM implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to create urgency and drive results in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to create clarity from complex data sets.
