Responsibilities
- Record and edit podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality audio and engaging storytelling.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for social media and other digital platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Conduct light research to support podcast content and related materials.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and clear organization.
- Stay updated on social media trends to enhance content creation and optimization.
- Provide on-site coverage for events, capturing high-quality visual content.
- Maintain organized file management and version control for all content deliverables.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- 2–4 years of experience in content production or video editing within a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of current digital content formats and audience expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated creative instincts and storytelling ability in a structured environment.
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless camera equipment and basic production techniques.
- Familiarity with AI tools for editing or workflow optimization.
- Ability to work independently with a fast turnaround mindset.
