Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs that enhance the skills of Market Managers and Account Executives.
- Develop engaging role-based training content, including certifications and playbooks.
- Manage and optimize the learning management system to ensure content accessibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective learning experiences.
- Utilize data from various tools to identify gaps and improve program effectiveness.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enablement, learning and development, or instructional design.
- Proven experience in managing learning management systems and creating engaging training content.
- Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio showcasing effective learning materials.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in learning and development roles.
- Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong.
- Background in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
