- Lead integrated creative production projects, ensuring alignment from concept through delivery.
- Source and negotiate with internal and external creative resources, including photographers, directors, and editors.
- Manage production logistics with a focus on guest experience and enterprise alignment.
- Demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work effectively.
- Build production capabilities and foster collaboration among creative teams.
- 5 years of experience in multi-media creative production, including photography and video.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects and ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to facilitate teamwork and creative discussions.
- Flexibility to travel as needed, including weekends.
- Experience in both brand-side and agency-side production is a plus.
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics can enhance project execution.
- A four-year college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
