Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional lead for ERP and supply chain applications, helping manage priorities, enhancements, and day-to-day support.
- Work closely with business teams to gather needs, document requirements, and turn process improvements into practical system solutions.
- Coordinate projects through the full delivery lifecycle, keeping work aligned with business goals, timelines, and IT standards.
- Partner with external vendors on support, enhancements, issue resolution, and roadmap planning.
- Support escalated Tier 2 issues for ERP and warehouse management platforms and help drive resolution across teams.
- Plan and facilitate testing activities such as user acceptance testing, functional testing, regression testing, and release validation.
- Support release coordination and change activities by communicating impacts, timing, and expectations to stakeholders.
- Maintain clear documentation including process flows, business requirements, user stories, release notes, and knowledge resources.
- Help improve end-to-end operational processes across order management, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and related supply chain functions.
- Monitor risks and issues, escalating and resolving concerns proactively to support successful delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar functional role.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience supporting or administering NetSuite ERP.
- Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Experience supporting ERP and business applications across multiple functional areas.
- Background coordinating projects and partnering with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Working knowledge of business processes related to order management, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, or finance.
- Experience with functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and release validation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with SAP ERP and warehouse management systems.
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Administrator, or ERP Consultant.
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives or future-state ERP planning.
- Familiarity with creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, and knowledge base content.
