Associate Product Owner

We are on the hunt for an energetic and detail-focused Associate Product Owner to join our team. This position offers an exciting chance to shape product vision and execution in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and Scrum team to set priorities for product backlog and craft user stories.
• Assist the Product Owner in steering the delivery process and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Organize product feedback from various stakeholders to plan product release schedules.
• Engage in iteration planning, daily team meetings, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on product status.
• Oversee backlog grooming and maintain sprint backlog for timely feature delivery.
  
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in product ownership or management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
• Experience articulating business and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably within software development.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience with e-commerce operations, particularly in Cart/Checkout and Order Management.
• Background in mobile applications, websites, or integrated software and hardware.
• Proficiency in data-driven product optimization techniques.
