Horizons Savannah, an affiliate of Horizons National since 2002, provides 6 weeks of high quality summer learning and school year support to over 300 K-12, under-resourced students in the Savannah area. Our program is hosted by three independent schools, Savannah Country Day School, Savannah Christian Preparatory School, and Bethesda Academy. Horizons Savannah is a program of The Savannah Country Day School.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Horizons Savannah is seeking a Part-Time Data and Enrollment Manager to manage all aspects of creating, maintaining and verifying student and faculty enrollment data and programmatic records. Working closely with the Executive Director and the Program Manager, this position will contribute to the high-quality, effectively run programs for all grade levels, K-12.
The Data and Enrollment Manager will direct the annual student and staff enrollment process across all sites ensuring compliance with all stakeholder reporting and completion of all documentation requirements. As part of a small team, the Data and Enrollment Manager will also participate in a variety of administrative activities.
With the support of the team, this position provides on-site planning and supervision of events and activities, including developing a master schedule of registration activities and dates; attending enrollment events to provide onsite support; working with designated staff at each site to coordinate enrollment and maintenance of records throughout the year; directly contacting families and staff as needed.
This position will maintain and update physical and digital files for individual students and staff containing required paperwork and additional enrollment related records and manage Horizons Savannah's records within the Horizons National's Salesforce database for the purpose of achieving optimal use of student/staff data. This position will also assist with the promotion of Horizons within the greater community to increase enrollment and student retention by working with families, schools, school counselors, community organizations and other opportunities as they are presented.
Responsibilities also include the preparation of customized reports for internal operation and management needs including tracking of the enrollment, attendance, and programmatic outcomes. Works with Program Manager and/or Executive Director to gather outcome and other information necessary to report to funders and external stakeholders.

- Experience working with Salesforce or similar student information systems
- Understanding of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and confidentiality of student and faculty records
- Has at minimum bachelor's degree in a related field
- Background check required
- Computer proficient, particularly in Excel, Word and other basic computer programs
- Desire to work in an office setting with some remote work possible
- Some evenings and weekends required
