Horizons, a family run Assisted Living Facility, located in Canandaigua on Route 21South is seeking an Assistant to support the Resident Director in overseeing the clinical and administrative responsibilities of the facility.
PCA, HHA, and Med Tech supervisors strongly encouraged to apply but certification not required for the position.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling staff, assisting with medication pass and aid work, completing paperwork/documentation, being in the 'on call' rotation, supervising staff to ensure care is being completed for Residents.
