Position Details
- Schedule: Full-Time, Second Shift (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM)
- Location: Rural Hall, NC
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience
- Shift Differential: Available

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals)
- Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic records
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Follow all safety, infection control, and care protocols
Qualifications
Required:
- Active CNA certification (North Carolina)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care, ICF, or developmental disabilities
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience with electronic documentation systems
