- Payrate - $19.00/HR - $20.00/HR
- 1st Shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm
- NO WEEKENDS
- Monday to Friday Schedule (OT available)

Responsibilities: Custodial Supervisor
Job Duties:- Supervise staff and inspect the building cleanliness for assigned shifts
- Ensure building is clean and ready for the next business day
- Respond to any emergency cleanings as needed
- Ensure facilities are prepped for events (meetings, training, events, celebrations, etc.)
- Monitor and order supplies monthly
- Monitor equipment and notify Operations Manager when repairs need to be made
- Report any building maintenance issues to Facility Representative
- Required to pass background check
- Required US Driver’s License
- Handling their employee’s payroll
- Completing daily hours spreadsheet
- Managing employee’s overtime
- Responsible for staffing
- Scheduling repairs on cleaning equipment when needed
- Providing disciplinary actions when needed
Requirements: Custodial Supervisors
GED/High School Diploma- Custodial experience of at least 2 years
- Supervising experience of at least 2 years
- VALID DRIVER LICENSE
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- History of Strong Attendance
- Ability to Bend, Reach and Move Entire Shift
- Knowledge of English language
