We are looking to hire a part-time, possibly leading to full-time, office assistant who enjoys the challenges of a variety of tasks in a setting where employees are valued.
The key responsibilities of this job are:
· Inventory control and tracking via related proprietary software system
· Data entry and support with office duties, including preparation of complex international sales invoicing
· Processing of payables
· Basic IT duties with outside support
· Positive interactions with stakeholders and customers
Required abilities include: strong communications and computer skills, competency in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks, ability to master proprietary software to create detailed reports, analytical and conceptual thinking, and effective time management skills. Candidates with a minimum of three years’ experience will be given preference.
