Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Winter Garden, FL, for a Superintendent - Landscape Construction. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, including managing teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining schedules and budgets. Responsibilities also include coordinating with stakeholders, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring that projects meet quality and timeline requirements while maintaining a high standard of execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Construction Site Management and knowledge of Construction Safety standards
- Strong Organization Skills and effective time management abilities
- Expertise in Budgeting and Project Management, with the ability to meet financial and timeline goals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills necessary for team management and stakeholder collaboration
- Relevant certifications in construction safety or project management are a plus
- Knowledge or experience in landscaping and irrigation projects is highly beneficial
