Join us, and let’s work together to create a brighter financial future for our clients!Job SummaryOur team of Client Services Specialists are pivotal members of our team, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and working closely with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As the first voice clients hear on the phone and the first face they see in person, you will deliver exceptional, personalized service to build strong, lasting relationships. Your role involves managing client inquiries, anticipating their needs, and providing seamless operational support to ensure a positive client experience. By actively listening and collaborating with advisors, you’ll identify opportunities to address client challenges before they arise, playing a critical role in supporting client accounts and facilitating effective communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about client success.Key Responsibilities·       Client Engagement: Deliver personalized, high-quality service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries about accounts, investments, and financial services. Actively listen to identify clients’ evolving needs and opportunities for additional services.·       Account Management: Support account openings, transfers, and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.·       Collaboration and Coordination: Partner with financial advisors to prepare tailored solutions, schedule appointments, and organize client meeting materials. Assist with marketing initiatives, including planning and executing client events.·       Documentation and Compliance: Maintain precise client records, process paperwork, and ensure all documentation adheres to firm policies and industry regulations. Stay informed about financial regulations to uphold legal and ethical standards.·       Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve client issues or escalate complex matters to appropriate team members, maintaining a positive and professional client experience.·       Administrative Support: Perform essential tasks such as data entry, report generation, and client communication management to support seamless firm operations.Qualifications·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.·       Experience: 3 years customer service experience required. 2 years of experience in client services, preferably within the financial services industry preferred. Experience in banking, accounting, or insurance-related field is preferred.Skills:o   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-driven, client-first mindset.o   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), OneDrive, and CRM software.o   Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM platform is a plus.o   Knowledge of financial products, such as investments, retirement accounts, or insurance, is a plus.o   Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.Benefits·       Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.·       Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.·       Retirement savings plan with company match.·       Paid time off and holidays.**Please note: We’re in the middle of a brand refresh, including a newly launched website that’s still being updated.
