Sheet Metal Laborer (20-35 hour - DOE)

Horizon is seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail every single day.

You’ll work closely with your Superintendent to accomplish daily project goals. In this industry, communication is everything — listening carefully, speaking clearly, and writing accurately all matter.

Most days, you’ll be working “on top of the world.” The views are priceless — but you must be able to climb ladders and work confidently at heights to get there. This position requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to perform assigned tasks with precision and consistency.

• Willingness to learn — we will train the right person
• Basic knowledge of OSHA and safety guidelines (or willingness to learn)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites and/or shop
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs
• Comfort working at heights
• Reliability and the ability to work outdoors in various climates
• No fear of heights
