What You Will Do
Our Restoration Technicians perform a variety of hands-on services for property owners, including:
- Water-damage mitigation
- Mold mitigation
- Professional carpet cleaning and carpet restretching
- Demolition and removal of affected building materials
- Repairs and reconstruction, including drywall and other building materials
- Safe operation of hand tools, power tools and restoration equipment
- Documentation of affected materials and completed work
- Maintenance of clean and organized work areas, vehicles and equipment
- Professional communication with customers, coworkers and supervisors
This full-time position provides training in valuable and marketable restoration, carpet-care and construction skills. We work hard to keep our crews busy throughout the year.
Profit Sharing and Benefits
In addition to their regular hourly wages, employees can earn a mold-job profit-sharing bonus. New employees can qualify within their first two weeks after completing the required respirator medical evaluation and successfully passing a respirator fit test.
Profit-sharing payments vary by qualifying project and can substantially increase an employee’s earnings above their base hourly pay.
Employees who complete nine months of qualifying full-time employment with dependable, on-time attendance are also eligible for a separate $1,500 retention bonus.

Employment Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to our commercial automobile insurer
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and job-related background check
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Parma, Idaho
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform work that may require bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, climbing and working in limited-access areas, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to complete the required respirator medical evaluation, pass a respirator fit test and comply with our respiratory-protection program
- Because the work may require a tight-fitting full-face respirator, employees must remain clean-shaven anywhere the respirator contacts the face and forms its seal
- Dependable attendance, punctuality and a strong work ethic
Previous restoration, construction, or carpet-care experience is helpful but not required.

Job locations: Multiple locations throughout our service area. Employees travel from the Parma shop to job sites in company vehicles.
