Duties
- Perform high-rise window cleaning using rope access techniques, ladders, lifts and poles to reach elevated surfaces safely and efficiently
- Utilize traditional squeegee methods and other cleaning tools to thoroughly clean storefronts, exterior, and interior building windows
- Conduct interior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties, ensuring streak-free finishes and spotless glass surfaces
- Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment in excellent condition, including proper storage and routine inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and ensuring satisfaction with the finished work
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-rise or outdoor window cleaning, including use of ropes, ladders, or poles is not required but appreciated.
- Familiarity with window cleaning and traditional squeegee methods for streak-free results is a bonus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks requiring strength, balance, and agility at heights over extended periods
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning residential windows, skylights, storefronts, and commercial glass surfaces
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
