Two Capes Lookout is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-minded Front Desk / Guest Services Associate to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and being part of a small hospitality team. We’re open to full-time or part-time applicants and can offer some flexibility with scheduling for the right person.
What You'll Do- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions
- Communicate with guests by phone, email, and in person
- Help resolve guest requests and concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
- Provide information about the property and surrounding area
- Complete general front desk and administrative tasks
- Use computers and basic hospitality/property management software
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable interacting with guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Experienced in hospitality, lodging, customer service, or a similar service-oriented environment
- Comfortable with general computer skills, including email, web-based systems, and basic office tasks
- A good communicator with strong attention to detail
- Able to stay organized and calm when things get busy
- Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed
Hospitality or front desk experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with strong customer service experience and the right attitude.
