About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Demand Planning!
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Planning to lead demand planning and forecast generation efforts across Operations. This role is responsible for building accurate forecasts, aligning cross-functional teams, and leveraging tools and data to drive smarter decisions.
You’ll play a critical role in connecting Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance—ensuring that demand signals translate into actionable plans. This role also includes leading and developing a team while optimizing processes and technologies to improve demand planning maturity and continuously enhance forecast accuracy.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.

The base compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or associated business major. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- 2 years of managerial experience in supply chain
- APICS or IBF Certification preferred
