About the Job
We are seeking a Finance Analyst – FP&A (Finance Planning and Analysis) to support financial forecasting, budget management, and cost control across Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) expenses. This role partners closely with budget owners and senior leaders to ensure disciplined management of discretionary spending, including marketing and other operating expenses. The position reports to the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A, and is based in Broomfield, Colorado, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week
Key Responsibilities
Partner with members of the Executive Leadership Team to forecast, monitor, and manage SG&A expenditures, including marketing budgets.
Analyze and communicate expense variances versus budget, latest forecasts, and prior periods, highlighting key drivers and risks.
Prepare and deliver recurring updates on SG&A-related key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
Support month-end close by uploading and validating financial data into the FP&A reporting system; maintain and optimize the tool to ensure data integrity, reliability, and timely, accurate reporting.
Consolidate financial inputs and support the preparation of materials for weekly reviews of leading performance indicators and overall financial performance.
Support ad hoc FP&A initiatives and special projects as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Demonstrated self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of processes and deliver against financial commitments.
- Proven ability to take initiative and present clear, actionable insights to senior and executive leadership.
- Strong cross-functional partnership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
