Security Technician
We are in search for experience/skills such as:
- Understanding of Access Control Systems
- Familiarity with Intrusion Detection
- Experience with Cameras - setup, function, etc.
- Physically capable of pulling cable and lifting approx. 50 lbs.
- Background of knowledge and ability to install security devices
- Experience with conduit is a plus
More Specifics Include:
- Category 6, Fiber Optics, HDMI, and Different Types of Low Voltage Cabling.
- Install multimedia devices like TV’s, projectors, and speakers for commercial applications.
- Systems installs include:
- Structured Cabling for networks
- Camera, security, and access control systems
- Paging and Intercom Systems
- On the job training to install, terminate, and test wide variety of low voltage type systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and construction documentation to complete commercial installations.
- Advancement Opportunities!
- 2 Years of Experience Required
· Position requires climbing ladders and scaffolding. Person will be operating man lifts and bucket trucks.
· Daily travel to work site is required for position. Must have Valid Driver License. Drug test required.
