We are seeking a proactive and high-energy General Manager based in Southern New Jersey for a boutique community of properties! Located within walking distance of the beach, this community has picturesque views around the entire harbor. Surrounded by an active community, this is an opportunity for a hospitality professional to deliver an amazing experience for all property guests.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $70,000, Annual Bonus Potential (based on a percentage of net income), Monthly benefit stipend, relocation assistance can be discussed, and more!
General Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience with community board/ownership groups
- Strong Financial Acumen
- Hotel or Club experience is highly preferred
